I bought this 42-inch Lcd Hdtv last April. It was whether this Tv or the Phillips that they had placed right next to it. Nevertheless, I am as a matter of fact happy that I chose this single model, the Lg 42Ld450 Lcd Hdtv. The photo capability is pretty good, blacks are as a matter of fact black, and whites are as a matter of fact white, back light is highly vibrant, and the video capability is impressive.
I nearly returned this back, however. After I plugged it and turned it on, what was in the display was only a white screen together with the Firmware version showing, as a matter of fact no menu appeared. In addition, it wouldn't identify whatever was connected. However, I unplugged it once again, and switched it back on. This moment, it recognized the input 1 Dvr and also beginning showing audio and video. I never experienced troubles since that time.
